Symptoms
White spots on some parts of skin which later develop into patches.
In some cases, most of the skin is covered with white patches.
Featured Remedy
Leucoderma Steep the seeds of Psoralea (Babchi) in the juice of ginger (Adrak) for three days. Then remove the husks by rubbing the seeds between your hands. Take about 500 gms of turmeric and soak it overnight in 5 liters of water. In the morning, boil it till only one liter of water is left. Strain this and add 500 ml of mustard oil. Heat again till only the oil is left. Apply this oil on the white patches twice a day for a period of 6 months.
The use of the green leafy vegetable-goose foot (Bathua) is also beneficial. Have this twice a day (once in the morning and evening), for a period of three months.
