Migraine
Overview
Migraine is a terrible headache that tends to recur and is often accompanied by a feeling of nausea. The pain is usually felt on one side of the head. It usually occurs when a person is under great mental stress or has suddenly got over that state. It is a very severe headache that brings restlessness and infuriation.
Symptoms
Pain on one side of the head.
Pain appears radiating from the eyes.
One may experience flashing lights, zigzag lines etc.
Depression.
Loss of appetite.
Featured Remedy
Migraine Take 25 grams of either betony or rosemary and boil in 500 ml of water. Consume one cup of this mixture three to four times per day. The dried powdered leaves of betony can also be taken as snuff.

Sleep at least eight hours a day.
Eat your meals on time.
Regular exercises like walking, jogging or swimming are helpful.
Keep your eyes away from glaring lights and sun.
Foods which should be avoided are white flour products, sugar, confectionery, rich cakes, refined cereals, greasy foods, tinned or preserved foods, pickles and sauces.
Other Remedies

Eating plain baked potato without salt helps in soothing the pain.
Take some crusts of lemon and pound into a fine paste in a mixer-grinder. Apply this paste on the forehead as a plaster. This will provide great relief.
The combination of vegetable juices is also beneficial in migraine. Mix 200 ml of spinach juice with 300 ml of carrot juice and drink thrice a day.
The juice of ripe grapes is an effective home remedy for migraine. Take it several times a day in small quantities.
