Stomach Pain

Stomach pain is a common problem that can be characterized by pain in any area between the chest and groin. The pain can be mild or severe. There are different factors that can be held responsible for causing stomach pain. It occurs both in men and women. Children also suffer from stomach pain mainly due to faulty eating habits.
Symptoms:
  • Loss of appetite
  • Uncomfortable feeling in the stomach
  • Vomiting
  • Dysentery with blood
  • Burning sensation in the stomach
  • Urine and chest acidity




Stomach Pain
Take dry ginger, black pepper, roasted cumin seeds, dry mint leaves, coriander, asafetida, garlic and rock salt in equal quantities. Grind them well and make a fine powder. Have 1 tsp of this mixture, along with a glass of warm water after meals.

  • Rock salt
Stomach Pain
  • Have light and easily digestible diet.
  • Refrain from fried and spicy foods.
  • Don't have beans, potatoes, sweets, creams and yogurt at night.
  • Avoid all kinds of physical activities immediately after meals.
  • Take sufficient rest.
  • Mental tension, worry, anxiety, greed, anger and fear should be given up and the patient must have a relaxed mind.
Other Remedies
Stomach Pain
  • Take 1 tsp of ajwain and pinch of salt. Swallow with warm water.
  • Mix 1 tsp of pudina (Mint) juice with lemon juice and black salt and drink it.
  • Mix 1 tsp desi ghee with a pinch of heeng and swallow with warm water.
