Overview
Insomnia literally means a complete lack of sleep. However, in practice it is used to denote a relative inability to sleep. In other words, it is difficulty in falling asleep or difficulty in remaining asleep, early final awakening or combination of all these. Nervous tension, anxiety and illness are factors that may keep us awake at night but it is more likely that the problem lies with an uncomfortable bed or a room that is too hot or too cold or an intrusive light shining into the bedroom.

Insomnia Put red clover heads and shredded lettuce in water and let it boil for 5 minutes. Simmer for further 1 minute. Infuse for three hours and strain. Keep in a well sealed bottle in a cool dark place for up to five days. Take half a glassful at night. This will help you in sleeping properly.
