Ingredients:

Bhindi (Lady Finger)   200 g
Salt   1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder   1/4 tsp
Garam masala   1 pinch
Fat   2 tbsp
Amchur   1/8 tsp
Dhania powder   1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder   1/8 tsp
 

Method:

  • Wash and dry bhindi with a cloth.
  • Cut both ends and slit the bhindis lengthwise.
  • Mix all the dry masalas together and fill into the bhindis.
  • Heat fat in a karahi, add bhindis and cook on medium heat, turning occasionally till done.
