Red chilli powder |

Garam masala |

Dhania powder |

1/4 tsp |

Method: |
- Wash and dry bhindi with a cloth.
- Cut both ends and slit the bhindis lengthwise.
- Mix all the dry masalas together and fill into the bhindis.
- Heat fat in a karahi, add bhindis and cook on medium heat, turning occasionally till done.
