Ingredients:

Milk   500 ml
Carrot   80 g
Sugar   4 tsp
Almond   4
 

Method:

  • Wash and scrape and grate carrots finely.
  • Boil milk, and cook the carrots in milk on slow fire, stirring occasionally, till it thickens.
  • Add sugar and cook for a minute.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Serve hot or cold, garnished with almonds.
