Ingredients:

Arbi   200g
Onion   60 g
Ginger   10 g
Salt   1 tsp
Amchur   1/4 tsp
Jeera   1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder   1/4 tsp
Dhania powder   1/4 tsp
Garam masala   1/4 tsp
Fat   3 tsp
 

Method:

  • Boil, peel and cut arbi into 1" pieces.
  • Chop onion and ginger. Fry in hot fat in a pan.
  • Add arbi pieces and fry well.
  • Add all the pieces and mix well.
  • Fry for a few minutes till arbi gets well coated and let cook covered on very low fire for a few minutes.
