Method: |
- Boil, peel and cut arbi into 1" pieces.
- Chop onion and ginger. Fry in hot fat in a pan.
- Add arbi pieces and fry well.
- Add all the pieces and mix well.
- Fry for a few minutes till arbi gets well coated and let cook covered on very low fire for a few minutes.
