Ingredients:

Potatoes   100 g
Jeera   1/8 tsp
Salt   1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder   1/8 tsp
Garam masala   1/8 tsp
Coriander powder   1/8 tsp
Fat   1 tsp
 

Method:

  • Boil and peel potatoes and cut into small pieces.
  • Heat fat, add jeera, chopped potatoes and all the spices.
  • Fry on low fire for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
