Ingredients:

Paneer cubes   10 - 15
Onion, chopped   1
Salt to taste
Garlic cloves Chopped   2
Coriander Powder   1 tsp
Cumin Powder   1 tsp
Spinach   1/2 bunch
Ginger   1 small piece
Cinnamon   1 small
Oil   1 tsp
 

Method:

  • Wash and drain the water from Spinach. Chop it coarsely and cook in a pan and grind to a paste.
  • In the same pan heat the oil and fry onions till translucent. Add Garlic and fry briefly. Mix the seasoning and add the Spinach Paste.
  • Cook till the spinach becomes dark green in colour. Add paneer and serve.
