Plain low fat yoghurt |

Crushed ice |

Honey |

Mint leaves for garnish. |

Method: |
- Place all ingredients except garnish in a blender and blend until smooth - approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Strain liquid and pour into tall, chilled glasses. Add garnish. Serve immediately.
