Ingredients:

Brussels sprouts   7 - 9
Urad dal   1 tsp
Channa dal   1 tsp
Mustard seeds   1/2 tsp
Green chillies   4 - 5
Oil   2 tsp
 

Method:

  • Cut Brussels sprouts into halves and keep aside.
  • Take 2 teaspoon oil and warm the oil.
  • Then add mustard seeds, channa dal and urad dal and let them fry till they are brown.
  • Then add cut green chillies.
  • Then add the finest cut Brussels sprouts and fry for about 15 minutes.
