Method: |
- Cut Brussels sprouts into halves and keep aside.
- Take 2 teaspoon oil and warm the oil.
- Then add mustard seeds, channa dal and urad dal and let them fry till they are brown.
- Then add cut green chillies.
- Then add the finest cut Brussels sprouts and fry for about 15 minutes.
