Suji (Semolina) |

Castor sugar |

Ghee |

Haldi |

Cardamom (green) |

|
Method: |
- Heat fat in a karahi.
- Add besan and suji to fat and fry, keep stirring, so that no lumps form and continue frying till lightly brown in colour.
- Remove from fire. Add haldi and let it cool slightly. Add castor sugar and mix.
- Add powdered cardamom and shape into ladoos while still hot.
