ajwain |

2-3 curry leaves |

jeera (cumin seeds) |

Method: |
- In some oil, put a tempering of mustard seeds. As they start spluttering, add the curry leaves and jeera and saute.
- Add the ajwain and saute a bit.
- Add the turmeric, sugar, beans, potato and salt.
- Cover and cook for about 8-10 mins.
- When cooked, the beans should have a crunch but not undercooked either.
