Cauliflower |

Method: |
- Steam the whole cauliflower in salted water till slightly tender.
- Grind onion, ginger and garlic to a paste.
- Blanch and chop tomatoes.
- Heat fat and fry onion, ginger and garlic paste to golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and fry for some time more. Add dry masalas and cook the above mixture by adding small amount of water left after boiling the cauliflower.
- Remove the masala and fill it in the cauliflower and cover it with the rest of the mixture.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs and bake or grill at 375 0 F till golden brown.
- Serve, garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
