Please suggest some one how can i get rid of smoking??
I am a chain smoker and now I want to quit it, pls help me in this regard.

First of all you Stop thinking about smoking, then don't see that shop where this cigrattes are sell and also the smokers who smokes.This will help You a lot.
Finally start morning walk (better to do joging) bcoz this start pumping your lungs better and u will breath a lot after joging.. As a result u will automatically fill beter. GoodDay..

At 14 the reason you are not fineelg energized is because of what you are eating or depression. You shouldn't be water fasting, do not do it. You're growing right now should not be fasting especially unsupervised. You need to make long term changes at this point or you will be doing this for the rest of your life. Try eating juicy ripe fruit for a couple days see how you fee. Then add back in salads other veggies. Go from there, message me if you want further direction.

according to ayurveda smoking disorder can cause due to imblance of pran vatta, and can cause imblance upan vayu, pran vayu, and also alochak and avlambak pitta..

the one person i can recommend is you...if you decide to do something ...you can do it...unless off course you have weak mind...i quit smoking by just stopping...it's 5 years now...i feel great
