aerobic exercise is a long duration and lower intensity activity that makes your heart and lung work and increases oxygen consumption. Swimming, brisk walking etc are aerobic exercises. These activities help to eliminate anxiety and stress and you will feel fresh after doing it. Aerobic exercise should be performed at least for 15-25 min as during this period fat loss starts. One must achieve 60-80 pc of the max heart rate while working out to achieve the goal. Aerobic exercise helps boosting your heart health and stamina building. It improves blood circulation and transportation of oxygen at the cellular level.

one must do aerobic exercise at least for 10-20 min. As after initial warm - fat loss starts. if you are doing brisk walk as a aerobic exercise - do it for 30 mins. cycling / cross trainer can be done for 10-15 mins. it totaly depends on your stamina and flexibilty. start with less time and then increase the duartion for better results.
